The majority of tourists visiting St. John opt for one of the many privately
owned villas for rent. These homes offer all the amenities you would find
in your own home and then some.
Smaller Inns and Bed and Breakfasts are available mostly in Cruz Bay and come in a variety of price ranges. The several campgrounds throughout the island offer "the bare minimum" to environmentally friendly eco-tents and cabins for a "not so bare minimum" natural environment. There are two major hotels/resorts on St. John with everything you could ask for.
